The Word of God clearly states in Psalm 5:12, that God blesses the righteous and encompass him with favor like a shield, this is why it is important to know that God is the only sure source of favor, whether you want favor at your place of work or in the market place, the only sure route, is been in-line with God’s will for your life as the scriptures says: When a man’s way pleases the Lord, He will make even his enemies to be at peace with him, therefore,  ensure that in all you do, you are in line with the will of God, this way favor will naturally locate and follow you seamlessly.

After you must have aligned yourself with the will of God, there are other factors that you have to put in place in order to enjoy favor of God at your place of work. These factors are:

1. Giving honor to whom honor is due: One of the easiest ways to find favor from humans, is by showing honor. At your place of work, ensure that you give honor to those who are in authorities, so that when decisions are to be made concerning you, you will be well spoken of. (1 Peter 2:17, KJV)
2. Be diligent  and hardworking: Proverbs 22:29 states: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men, so your diligence will play a very important role in attracting favor to you at the place of your work.
3. Be a man/woman of Integrity: A man with no integrity is likely not going to get favor from people around him but one who is known for always standing by his word and promise will be respected, loved and favored.

2. Lord I thank you for this job you have provided for me, I give you all the glory, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
3. Oh Lord I ask for your mercy in all ways I have sinned against you and fallen short of your glory, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
4. Oh Lord I ask that you anoint my mouth that as I pray this day, there shall be immediate answers to all my prayers, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
