Matthew 16:18- ‘’And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.’’

The Church of God is a solid rock built upon the death, burial & resurrection and the whole life of Jesus Christ. Contrary to what many may think, the church of God is not the pillar or beautiful edifice we see around us, rather it is the gospel of Christ. Though there may be many churches, with differences in the area of doctrine, belief and systems of worship but one factor unifies us all which is: we are all justified by grace, through the faith we have in Christ our savior.

The gospel of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1) through the church of God has brought hope to many who are hopeless, strength to those who are weak, healing to the broken-hearted, and  liberty to those who are held captive. See Isaiah 61:1-5.
