As easy as it is hiring just any competent person for your jobs, it is important to bring it to the place of prayers. Employees do not just put their competence to work but also their ideologies and beliefs as they carry out their job. Prayer comes in to give discernment on the right employee; one that will make a good impression on the organization.

In prayer, God can direct the right person to your organization. In prayer, God can take your organization or business to a higher level because of the employee brought in to serve the organization. The spiritual influence of that employee will also have physical impact on that organization. His understanding of God will help him place your organization at His altar of prayer.

Should one pray about whom to hire? Yes!, because even the one you want to hire, prayed to God that you give him the job. The place of prayer over those you want to hire should not be underrated . God is interested in all of our affairs, that includes our place of work.

Even Jesus requested that prayers be made for more labourers that will come to work in the field of harvest time.

One really needs God to send the right worker to his organization, lest he may see the harvest and still not know when and how to gather.
