It’s a normal thing to fall sick or contract diseases. The food we eat, the water we drink, the place we sleep, and just about everything around us are abodes of millions and millions of microorganisms. Some of these microorganisms are dangerous while some are useful. It’s the dangerous ones that give us diseases and sickness. 

Sicknesses and diseases are unavoidable, but they are conquerable. God in His infinite mercy has equipped our body with methods of naturally fighting diseases and sickness, but even when those methods fail or when we are struck by diseases and sicknesses more powerful than our natural immunity, God can still heal us through miracles. 

There are uncountable testimonies of people whom God healed of cancer, kidney problems, fibroid, leukemia, heart disease, HIV, and so many other terrible diseases. The point is that God heals any disease; no matter how terrible or mysterious it is.

God’s power to heal us doesn’t obviate us from doing our part to stay healthy. Here some of the things that will help keep diseases at bay.

6. Find time to relax. 
7. Go for complete and good medical examinations. 
8. Avoid stress. 
9. Always get enough sleep. 
10. Avoid self-medication

 Sometimes, diseases and sicknesses can result from spiritual attacks. In this case, no amount of medical knowledge can bring a final solution. In this case, what you need is fiery prayers.
