Praying before eating is something all Christians must always do. The food is good for the growth and development of the body, but for it to perform effectively then it must be backed up with prayer.

And at times, some foods can be poisoned and it is only by prayer we can uproot and weed off all the negative agendas of the devil from the food poisoning. Prayer is a spiritual exercise that is a must for our physical and spiritual growth.
