Proverbs 23:18 “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off”.

Do you have plans and expectations that seem  to be hanging for a long time? Have you had one single desire on your prayer list for a while and it has not manifested? Are your plans for the year still lying dormant and unfulfilled? Are you getting weary because it appears nothing is working well for you, in terms of your plans and expectations from God? Despite all you have gone through waiting for your expectations from God to manifest, and how hard you have worked on your plans, please do not give up your faith just yet. 

Remember God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you can ever ask or think,  so please hold on the more. 

The Bible assures that the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut short,  this is why I know that all your plans and desires according to His will, will definitely manifest. 

As a matter of fact, He is able to give you much more than you have asked or sought for (Matthew 7:7, Ephesians 3:20), so that your waiting will be worth it at the end.

The reason why many did not eventually receive their heart desires is because they gave up on God, and on their plans too soon, this could be as a result of pressure from family, desire to please the World (Mark 4:16-19) and lack of patience, hence the bible admonishes us in Hebrews 6:12 that we should follow the example of those who through faith and patience obtained the promise. 

The bible character that comes easily to mind on this matter is Abraham, like every man who is married, Abraham’s desire was to have his own children with his wife, then God gave him a promise (Genesis 12), and Abraham’s desire became an expectation from God. For many years, the expectation seems delayed, and Abraham’s wife; Sarah sought out an alternative (Genesis 16) that would bring them joy and  serve as an heir to her husband, but all that didn’t end well eventually, because God had the ultimate plan with Him, and His promise for Abraham had to be fulfilled through Isaac (Genesis 21).

This is why it is absolutely not advisable to take alternative moves rather than trusting in God, turning away from God to seek for the manifestations of your heart desire from the altars of darkness for example will only pile up more problems for you rather than solving the one you already have. Little wonder the bible declared that the troubles of those who seek other gods will be multiplied (Psalm 16:4).

Therefore, it’s best to keep waiting on God, don’t yield to the pressures around rather keep looking unto Jesus, who’s the author and finisher of your Faith (Hebrews 12:2), and while you are waiting, ensure you’re not idle physically and spiritually, keep working on becoming a better person and pleasing God the more, and your miracles shall come speedily in Jesus name

To be active spiritually means you must continue to pray about your plans and expectations without ceasing, you need keep calling forth those things which you desire into reality from the spirit realm , it is important you pray so that every hindrance against your prayers will be taken out of the way, (Daniel 10:13).
