Prayers For Successful Surgery

One of the challenges that one who is about going through surgery has is fear; fear of death, fear that something might go wrong, fear that doctors might make mistakes etc. However it is important that one understands that surgery does not mean death. A whole lot of people have undergone more complicated surgeries than you and came out successfully and you need to believe that you too will come out alive. God wants you to remove fear and have faith irrespective of what you see. He wants you to understand that no matter what you are going through or about to go through, He is with you always.

God has got your back as you prepare to go through that surgery, all He wants you to do is have faith and continually pray to him, He will answer and see you through the surgery and all glory will belong to him.

In the name of Jesus, Father Lord I want to thank you for your loving kindness upon my life, even when my life is close to nothing, you alone bring me up to something. Father, I pray that as I go through this surgery, my faith is renewed. Even though I walk through the valley and the shadow of death I fear no evil because I know that you are with me God. I pray that you see me through this surgery and your praises will never depart from my mouth in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father Lord, My God! The keeper of Israel, I come to you today because you are my only help in times of need. You are my fortress and my refuge, in you I have my comfort. Father I am about to undergo this surgery, I pray today that you go before me and with me as you have promised me in your words, I pray that you operate through the doctors and nurses, give them a great insight that is beyond the comprehension of medicine so that they will know that this is your handwork. Thank you for I  know that I  receive answers to my prayer in Jesus name, Amen!

Jesus my person lord and savior, your word says that you give power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Father I am weak and I am powerless, I am about to go through this surgery and my heart is faint, please Jesus, remove every spirit of fear in my life, uphold me with the right hand of your righteousness, see me through this surgery and when I am back to my feet, I will surely testify of your goodness. I make this prayer in the name of God the Father, Son and The Holy Ghost, Amen!

Father King of Glory, the maker of the heavens and earth, He that sustains His people, He that led the Israelites out of Egypt into the promised land. There is nothing too hard for you to do. I commit myself in your hands and I pray that as I go through this surgery, that you take the wheels, work through the doctors, work through the nurses, work through everyone who is in the team of my surgery and give them a deep insight on how to go about it in the mighty name of Jesus. When I come back on my feet, I will come to your house and I will testify before your children in Jesus name, Amen!

Father Lord! You said in your word that I should worry about nothing but that in everything through prayer and petition with thanksgiving make my requests known to you. I pray this afternoon that as I go through this surgery, that you grant the peace that supersedes all thought to my heart and deliver me in the name of Jesus, Amen!

Please Father, grant  peace to my heart as I go through this surgery journey. Please Father oversee this surgery and work through the nurses and doctors for a successful surgery and I will return all glory to you in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!

Father, the reason you came is to give me abundant life in you, I therefore pray to this day that this surgery operation will not make me lose my life because I have your life in me. Be exalted Jesus because I am confident that you will never leave me nor forsake me.

Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.
