2. A man who has lost his glory will often have setbacks in life. If he was in a highly exalted position before, as soon as the glory is lost, he will likely be demoted, and if aggressive prayers are not made, he may continue to experience setbacks in life generally.
3. When a man loses his glory, he will become an object of ridicule amongst his colleagues, friends and family because circumstances of life may begin to work against the man.
4. A man in business  who has lost his glory will most likely not make sales like he used to and favor is often far from one who has lost his glory
5. Due to the challenges that the one who has his glory will face, he or she is most likely to lose his self confidence and trust in God.

God is the author of man’s glory and destiny and whatsoever is called sin, can not dwell with God’s glory and presence, as it is written in Habakkuk 1:13 ‘’Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity’

• Unwillingness to acknowledge God as the source of one’s strength: 

This is the situation in the case of King Nebuchadnezzar, because he failed to acknowledge God as his source and he failed to give thanks to God, his human brain was suspended for years and he was made to behave and live like a beast.

• Disobedience To Divine Instructions: 

Disobedience to divine instructions also can make a man lose his glory. There are many principles and divine instructions in the bible, and one of them is the law of tithing. In Malachi 3, God clearly commanded that we should bring in all tithes into the house of God while He will rebuke the devourer for our sake. Failure to do this, often make many to lose their glory in business and in career, because disobedience in this area will ultimately open the door to devourers and it could be in form of a wicked boss demoting them for no reasons or a strict Government policy that will place a ban on their businesses(for those in business.)

• Being Vulnerable To Household Wickedness: 

The bible clearly states Matthew 10:36 that the enemies of a man shall be from his household.  Household wickedness as the name implies are evil people who are close to your family and relations, it is easy for them to afflict, because they have good information about you and your family and through their evil eyes, they can see your glory.
