40 Night Prayers Against Bad Dreams

Introduction

We shall be looking at prayer points against bad dreams. Dreams are real and it is a medium for the spiritual to communicate with the physical. It is one of the ways that communication is done between the physical and spiritual world. One of the ways God speaks to us is through dreams, according to the book of Joel ,even in these last days God still speaks to us through dreams. God gives us instructions through dreams, He can heal, deliver, embrace, empower us through the dream. A lot of great men of God and even believers have had life changing encounters with God in the dream that changed their life and ministry permanently. These are the good dreams of the kingdom of God. 

The devil being the chief mimic and copycat, copied everything he saw in heaven before the fall to set up his dark kingdom. The devil has also exploited this means to attack God’s children. The devil and his agents use bad dreams to manipulate the children of God and in turn afflict them in the dream and it manifests in the physical. Bad dreams are real and can have a devastating effect on the children of God if left unattended to. One must be very alert of the devil and all his evil devices, of which bad dreams are one of them. 

Our God is an eternal victorious God, who has translated the power of victory into us at salvation. It means that we have victory over every manipulative power of the devil and his agents. We have the power to cancel every bad dream and make sure they have no evil effect in our lives. In proverbs 18:21, the Bible says, Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. It means we have been empowered to speak down that bad dream we had last night. Psalm 81:10 says, open thy mouth wide and I will fill it. God is telling you to open your mouth wide and he will put the right words which will cancel the effect of that bad dream in your mouth. So the weapon to destroy every bad dream has been given to us at redemption. The Bible says,  The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty and spiritual to the pulling down of strongholds. It means you have the weapons of right declaration and prayer immersed in faith to cancel every bad dream you had, in order not to experience the bad effects of it. Therefore we must engage in spiritual battles to overcome them. And that spiritual battle is in the place of prayers. Standing strong in the place of prayers against every bad dream gives you that victory you desire.

1. Father, I thank you for your love and mercy over my life, in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, thank you for the gift of life which you have given me, in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, thank you for your protection and guidance over my life and for keeping me safe against the wish of my enemies, in the mighty name of Jesus.
4. Father, I ask for forgiveness for all my shortcomings and I plead that your mercy prevail over your justice for me, in the name of Jesus.
5. Father, I come before you against every power of bad dreams in the night attacking my life and destiny, in the mighty name of Jesus.
6. Father, by your word, I close every door that gives the devil the leeway to attack me through night dreams, in the mighty name of Jesus.
7. Father, I bind every evil force and power that is tormenting and working against me through dreams in the night, in the name of Jesus.
8. Father, I take authority over evil dreams of the night and I destroy its effect and nullify its power. And I shall not be harmed, in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, I counter every move of the devil to steal, kill and destroy my life and destiny through dreams of the night, in the name of Jesus.
10. Father, I declare that the devil and his agents cannot touch me in the dream, in the name of Jesus.
11. Father, your word guarantees good sleep, so I declare that my sleep shall be sweet tonight and henceforth. No evil force is permitted to come at me through dreams again, in the name of Jesus Christ.
12. Father, I fortify and sanctify my dream life by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
13. Father, you have not given me the spirit of fear, therefore, I resist every form of fear that Satan may want to instil in me through this bad dream of the night, in the name of Jesus.
14. Father, I bind every spirit of fear, I come against you, I cast you out of my mind and domain right now, in the mighty name of Jesus.
15. Father, I declare that no weapon formed against me in and through this bad dream shall prosper, in the name of Jesus.
16. Father, by the power of the word, I condemn every force of hell behind these bad dreams of the night, in the name of Jesus.
17. Father, let every enemy that is coming against me through these bad dreams be destroyed and scattered before me, in the name of Jesus.
18. Father, I know my wrestling match is not with humans but with already defeated unseen forces, so I destroy them, in the name of Jesus.
19. Father, by your power, I enforce the victory of the cross over every force of darkness tormenting my life and destiny through bad dreams in the spirit world, in the name of Jesus.
20. Father, I declare that every wickedness that the wicked has devised against me has gone down with the dream, in the name of Jesus.
21. Father, by the blood of the lamb, I overcome every negative effect of bad dreams and I overcome the wicked forces behind these bad dreams, in the name of Jesus.
22. Father, by the authority in the word, I say to that bad dream, get out and I declare that you shall not prosper, your effect and intended evil will never happen in my life. In the name of Jesus.
23. Father, by the Spirit of the Lord, I raise the standard of the name and the blood of Jesus Christ against every bad dream of the night. I lift up the standard of the Word of God against you; you shall not prosper nor come to pass in my  and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
24. Father, I decree and declare upon every bad dream, that the Lord did not ordain you nor command you to torment my life and destiny, therefore you shall not come to pass in my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
25. Father, by your word, I declare to that bad dream of the night, that Christ has redeemed and freed me from your curse and effect, therefore, you shall not succeed against me, in the name of Jesus.
26. Father, I declare that as the redeemed of the Lord, no divination, evil omen and spell through bad dreams of the night and any other means shall succeed against me, in the name of Jesus.
27. Father, let every association of witches and wizards against me through bad dreams of the night shall not prosper. I destroy them, in the name of Jesus.
28. Father, according to your word, contend with those who are contending against me through bad dreams and take the glory, in the name of Jesus.
29. Father, by the blood of Jesus, I cancel every bad dream that speaks of death in my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
30. Father, I cancel all bad dreams of the night that speaks poverty into my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
31. Father, let all forms of bad dreams that the enemies are using to rob me of my blessings be met with the fire of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus.
32. Father, let every affliction in my life as a result of bad dreams be consumed by fire, in the name of Jesus.
33. Father, Every fear and spiritual accident in my dreams day and night that lead to death are hereby returned back to the sender by the Holy Ghost fire, in the name of Jesus.
34. Father, I release the consuming fire of the holy spirit to consume every spirit of the dead appearing in my dreams, in the mighty name of Jesus.
35. Father, let every spiritual power of cats that bring unrest to my sleep be consumed today by the power that is in the blood of Jesus Christ, in the name of Jesus.
36. Father, I decree that I am totally free from all demonic powers that have been dominating me in the dream world, in the name of Jesus.
37. Father, by your mighty hand, deliver me today from nightmares and bad dreams, in the name of Jesus.
38. Father, consume everything that brings fear into my life at night and in my dreams and I decree and end to every fearful and bad dreams in my sleep from today, in the mighty name of Jesus.
39. Father, by the blood of Jesus, I wash myself from every evil meal I have eaten in my dreams, in the name of Jesus.
40. Father, I separate myself by the holy ghost fire and by the blood of Jesus from every spiritual husband/wife coming to have sex with me in the dream from today, in the mighty name of Jesus.
