Introduction

Evil voices are part of the devices of the devil which he uses to destroy the lives and destiny of the children of God. The devil, being a copycat, knows that God speaks to his children through his vocal voice and so he also devises a means of destroying God’s children through the vocal voice.

Evil voices are those voices which one hears in the night, dream or even in day time instructing the person to abominable things that are contrary to the will of God for their lives. Evil voices come in various ways with different demands and instructions. 

There are various voices of darkness which includes the those of covens, witchcraft, e.t.c instructing a person to either kill himself, eat in the dream, commits adultery and murder someone. This evil voice keeps coming harder and stronger until it causes the victim to do what it wants.

A Christian who is not filled with the holy spirit is a false victim to these voices because the evil voices will eventually prevail because he lacks the presence of the holy spirit to help wade off these evil voices. 

Evil voices are real and are operating at a higher degree in the life of people today, but there is a higher voice which can help dislodge these evil voices from the life of a person. That is the voice of the spirit of God. The voice of the holy spirit is loud and clear and deeper and powerful than the sound of many waters and the voice of any devil and his agents.

The voice of the spirit of God silences every voice of darkness whenever or at anytime. One must seek for the infilling of the holy spirit, so as to scatter every voice of darkness speaking into our lives.

Keys To Scatter Evil Voices.

• The key of wisdom Exd 35:31.

The spirit of wisdom helps us to know when, where and how this evil voice operates and also tells us what to do to scatter or stop it. The wisdom of God is a weapon in the hand of every believer to dislodge the devil because he knows that once you know his tricks, you can never fall victim to his schemes.

• The key of violent prayers. Matt 11:12.

Violent payer is a potent weapon for a believer to use to scatter the devil voices. A believer must be violent and radical in order to stop the operation of evil voices in their lives. Matt 17:21 says this kind goeth not away but by prayer and fasting. There is a need for a believer who hears the voice of the devil to engage violently in prayer and fasting coupled with faith in order to obtain victory.

• The key of holiness 1Tim 6:12.

Sin is one of the loopholes that gives the devil the avenue to speak into us. Once the sin problem is resolved, the devil and his voices have no hold on us anymore. Holiness and sanctification is one of the ways to keep evil voices away from us. When we are holy and sanctified, the devil who is filthy can’t come into us because there is no filth in us. The bible says he who breaks the hedge, the serpent shall bite. Eccl 10:8. So evil voices speak to us when we give them the avenue through sin.
