Introduction

Today, I will be sharing prayer points against premature death. 

Premature death is a situation where the life of a man is cut short and he is not able to fulfill his days as ordained by God. Premature death means dying at an early stage in life. This could be as a result of sickness and disease, accident attacks of the evil ones and others. 

Basically, in the spiritual realm premature death is a situation where the devil and his agents use various means to cut short the life of a child of God. This they do in order to cut short the great destiny of such a man or to make his loved ones suffer pain and anguish, especially when such a person is the light of the family. So premature death is a device of the devil to destroy man and his glorious destiny.

God in His infinite wisdom, Has already made provision for our long life, thereby countering the plan and purpose of the devil and his cohorts against the children of God and their glorious destiny.

God’s word has assured us that we shall be satisfied with long life and He will show us his salvation. Part of our redemptive heritage is long life, that is why he died on the cross, that we might have life and have it more abundantly. So premature death is not our portion in Christ, our portion in Christ is long life and a glorious destiny. Believers must know that our life is in the hand of God, and the spirit of premature death has no hold over our lives to determine when we have to die. Colossians 3:3 says “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” So we are already dead in Christ Jesus and have been raised to life with him, therefore, our life is hidden with Christ in God. And because, the keys of death and hell are in the hand of Christ, and He will use it to the favor of His children. Revelation 1:18 “I am he that lives, and was dead; and behold, I am alive forever more, Amen, and have the keys of hell and of death.” So our life is a life of long life with satisfaction, any spirit of Premature death seeking us will have to pass through Christ and God before they can take our lives and because we are God’s children, he will not permit the devil to snatch any of us to premature death.

One of the things that ends premature death in one’s life and family is prayer and a life dedicated to serving God. Serving God in truth and in spirit will keep one away from the shackles of premature death, because as you are serving God, God is busy cancelling every death sentence over your life. In Exodus 23:25-26 “And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take away sickness from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren in thy land; the number of your days I will fulfill.” God is willing to fulfill the number of our days, if we are willing to serve him effectively.

Prayer is another way to scatter the stronghold of premature death in one’s life and receive the blessings of long life. We must be fervent on the altar of prayer, we must pray and fast without season, if we must break the shackles of premature death in our lives and see the fulfilling of our days. The following prayer points will be of great assistance to you in praying your way out of premature death and entering into that realm of a satisfied long life and prosperity. As you engage, I pray God will destroy the stronghold of premature death and grant you a satisfying long life, where your eye will not be dim and your knees will not be feeble.

1. Father, I release my life from the grip of premature death, in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, let every attempt of premature death made against me to be aborted, in the mighty name of Jesus.
3. Father, let every arrow of premature death fired into my life and that of my family backfire by the holy ghost fire to the senders, in the name of Jesus.
4. Father, let every satanic grave dug for me and my household swallow its diggers, in the mighty name of Jesus.
5. Father, let every wicked person preparing coffins of untimely death for me enter into that coffin and be buried, in the name of Jesus.
6. Father, my life will not be cut short before my God ordained time, in the name of Jesus.
7. Father, by the blood of Jesus, I close every door of premature death opened to the devil by me and my ancestors, in the mighty name of Jesus.
8. Father, I break and loose myself from all hidden evil covenants and vows of premature death running in my life and family, in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, I break and loose myself from all premature death of the first born and first sons in my family by the blood of Jesus, in the mighty name of Jesus.
10. Father, let every evil thoughts and plans of the devil and his agents to harm or kill me be aborted by the blood of Jesus.

28. Father, let every ancestral agreement with the spirit of premature death break by the blood of Jesus, in the mighty name of Jesus.
29. Father, I shall not die but live, the number of my days shall be fulfilled, in the mighty name of Jesus.
30. Father, I cancel every activity of premature death within, around and over my life, in the name of Jesus.
31. Father, let every agent of the spirit of premature death monitoring my life day and night receive blindness and die, in the name of Jesus.
32. Father, let every spirit working to initiate me into evil covenants of premature death be frustrated, in the name of Jesus.
33. Father, let every planting of premature death in my life and destiny be uprooted by fire, in the name of Jesus.
34. Father, my head rejects every manipulation and bewitchment of premature death, in the name of Jesus.
