A virtuous and loving wife takes on the role of praying for her husband as a responsibility. This is because, like the Proverbs 31 woman, the success of her home lies in her deliberate spiritual/physical efforts.

The financial strength of a man demands a spiritual backing from God. This is because we live in a world of constant battles and attacks from the kingdom of darkness against the well-being of God’s children, one has to be prayerfully girded at all times.

A good wife should know that breakthroughs, open doors, new heights, appointments, favours, promotions, are all possible when we go to God in prayers. The scripture in Matthew 17:21 states it clear that “Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.”

This means that for some situations to change, we must rise up in the place of prayer and fasting.

God has already given us His promises of a prosperous life in Deuteronomy 28:11-12 where the scripture says that,

“And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord swore unto thy fathers to give thee.”

All we are expected to do is ask.

Prayers For My Husband’s Financial Open Doors.

Haggai 2:8 ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts.

1. Oh Lord my father, show forth your glory through my husband’s finances.
2. Let your hands of financial empowerment rest mightily on my husband’s finances.
3. Dear Lord, release your rain of abundance upon my husband’s financial capacity.
4. Let the season of financial breakthrough spring forth from every corner of the earth for I and my family to dwell in plenty in the mighty name of Jesus.
5. The season of struggling to meet needs and necessities is not over in my life, husband’s house and home.
6. Father lord, release upon my husband your grace for financial increase in the name of Jesus.
7. The time for unexpected harvests and unusual breakthroughs is now. Lord, open our doors and make us receptive in Jesus name.
8. Father, give my husband the wisdom and power to make wealth.
9. From every corner of the earth, Lord cause men, kings and men of value to find my husband honourable for opportunities.
10. With your mighty hands on my husband, let their be financial openings so much that our barns can no longer contain, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Prayer For God’s Mercy On My Husband’s Finances 

Joel 2:18–19 

“Then the Lord will be zealous for His land, And pity His people. The Lord will answer and say to His people,“Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, And you will be satisfied by them; I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations.”

1 Chronicles 29:12 

“Both riches and honour come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone.”

1. Dear Lord, show mercy on my husband’s shortcomings that may have warranted hardship and closed doors over his finances.
2. Father, forgive every action, thoughts or move that has withdrawn your eyes from my husband’s finances.
3. Father, turn your anger towards my husband’s finances to overflowing mercy. 
4. Have mercy Lord and save my husband from the plots of the devil to draw him in the well of poverty.
5. Temper mercy with justice over every consequence of my husband’s sins, (both past and present sin) that may have caused financial obstacles and roadblocks.
6. I decree and declare that your mercy oh Lord, supersedes financial limitations, near success syndrome and hardship in Jesus’ precious name.
7. I decree and declare that the mercy of Jesus, through the blood of the lamb, bloths off every transgression that hinders breakthroughs in my home in Jesus name.
8. Let your rain of mercy fall upon my husbands’ income in Jesus name.
9. Let the voice of your mercy prevail over every curse, foundation, altar, or sacrifice speaking against my husband’s increase in Jesus’ name.
10. Oh Lord, hide my household under your pavilion of financial security in the victorious name of Jesus, amen.

Prayers against spiritual strongholds and limitations over my husband’s finances 

Isaiah 45:3 

“I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.”

1. I wage war against every enemy of my husband’s financial growth and stability.
2. You devourer and caterpillars, assigned to cause ruins and drains in my husband’s income and resources, catch fire now in Jesus name.
3. In the precious name of Jesus, enemies of financial stability in my home, collide with the rock of ages.
4. I stand to affirm that my husband’s finances and income is beyond the manipulation of the evil ones in Jesus name.
5. Blood of Jesus, erase every demonic tool or weapons, working and scheming financial failures against my husband’s finances.
6. Every hand focused on the wealth and prosperity of my home, scatter now by the fire of the holy ghost.
7. My husband is created to be a king, a king shall he remain in every facet of life in Jesus name.
8. Powers from evil altars, warring against the advancement and progress of my husband’s increase, melt like a wax in the name of Jesus.
9. I rebuke and reject the spirit of merry-go-round over my husband’s financial freedom, in Jesus name.
10. You demon, infesting my husband’s growth with stagnation, catch fire now in Jesus name.

Declarations and pronouncements over my husband’s finances.

Philipians 4:19 

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

1. Lord Jesus, I affirm that you are lord over my household, life, business, marriage, and finances.
2. I affirm that I and my household are benediary of your immeasurable wealth and indescribable riches.
3. I decree now in the name of Jesus that my husband’s finances are secured in Christ Jesus.
4. I proclaim that wasters and devourers will dwell far away from my husband’s resources and investments.
5. I decree that my husband remains financially relevant.
6. I decree that sicknesses, court cases and all forms of wastages are far from his finances.
7. I decree that his finances will be duly utilised for good purposes in Jesus name. 
8. I proclaim that my husband will live in good health to enjoy his finances in Jesus name.
9. I decree and declare financial freedom, debt free-living and dominion over all works of darkness against our finances in Jesus name.
10. I decree that I will not labour with my husband for another to come and eat in my stead in Jesus name, amen.

My husband is a king, he remains the head and not the tail. God’s glory is on him today and the rest of his life, amen.
