What Does Unfair Treatment mean?

Unfair Treatment is any dealings with someone that makes the person feel cheated or treated below standard.

Unfair Treatment can have adverse effects on the victim from emotional pains to psychological pains.

The devil is everywhere, in houses, at places of work and many times the devil can place enemies at our place of work so they can frustrate us and force us out of the work. 

Unfair treatment at work can happen in different forms like:  

1. Not getting due promotions: Not getting deserved promotions that are due is an unfair treatment at work. Each worker deserves to get their promotions as due when merited. This unfair treatment can put a stop to the growth of a person’s career, or stunt the growth and not allow the individual to reach his potential.

This often happens as the work of the enemy to destroy destinies and obstruct lives. We must pray against such unfair treatment at work to prevent this and ensure that we get deserved promotions.

2. Zero recognition for achievements: Major achievements at work should be rewarded with the proper accolades. When efforts to achieve these accomplishments are unrecognized, it is an unfair treatment.

3. Low salaries/ delay of payment: Not paying workers fairly, or delaying the payments due to them is an unfair treatment at work. Low salaries and hoarding of these payments can hinder individuals from achieving their goals. 

4. Problems from colleagues at work: Unfair treatment at work can come from fellow workers. This can happen when other workers are conniving against you or when there is generally no peace or good relationship between workers.

5. Problems from superiors at work: Unfair treatment by superiors can include disrespectful attitude and statements to employees, disregarding employees efforts and achievements, overloading workers with too many tasks and responsibilities, poor remuneration system and others. These unfair treatments can have an adverse effect on our daily lives and mental health, hence the reason to pray against such treatments at work. 

Prayers Against Unfair Treatment At Work. 

1. Oh Lord in your power and might, arise and fight against those fighting my life and destiny at my place of work in Jesus name

Psalms 35:1 “O  lord, oppose those who oppose me,Fight those who fight against me”

2. Oh Lord, arise today, fight  and defeat every battle of my life, marriage, career, family and ministry in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:2 “Put on your armor, and take up your shield, prepare for battle, and come to my aid”

3. My Father, make me victorious against every wicked enemy fighting my destiny at my work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:3 “Lift up your spear and javelin against those who pursue me. 

Let me hear you say, I will give you victory!”

4. My Father, send the spirit of confusion into the camp and abode of my enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.
5. My Father, expose and disgrace all the wicked enemies of my work, life, career, business, family, marriage and ministry in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:4 “Bring shame and disgrace on those trying to kill me; turn them back and humiliate those who want to harm me”

6. My Father, send your Angels to fight for me and defeat all my enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.
7. My Father, send your Angels into the camp of the enemies to scatter their plans, fight and defeat them in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:5 “Blow them away like chaff in the wind, a wind sent by the angel of the lord.

Psalm 35:6 “Make their path dark and slippery, with the angel of the lord pursuing them.

8. Oh Lord, arrest and defeat every enemy plotting evil schemes concerning my work, life, business, family, academic, career, marriage and ministry in Jesus name

Psalm 35:7 “I did them no wrong, but they laid a trap for me, I did them no wrong, but they dug a pit to catch me.

9. Oh Lord, let every wicked and evil plots of the wicked at my place of work backfire upon them in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:8 “So let sudden ruin come upon them, Let them be caught in the trap they set for me, Let them be destroyed in the pit they dug for me”

10. My Father, give me a testimony of victory and jubilation over every enemy of my work, life, destiny, career, future, business, family, marriage and ministry in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:9 “Then I will rejoice in the lord, I will be glad because he rescues me”

11. My Father, in your mercy rescue me and protect me from every strong enemy of my work, destiny, career, business, family, marriage and ministry in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:10 “With every bone in my body I will praise him lord, who can compare with you? Who else rescues the helpless from the strong? Who else protects the helpless and poor from those who rob them?”

12. Oh Lord, in your might silence every evil tongue rising and speaking against my advancement and expansion at my place of work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:11 “Malicious witnesses testify against me. They accuse me of crimes I know nothing about”

13. Oh Lord, in your anger, strike down all enemies repaying my good works and efforts with evil deeds in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:12 “They repay me evil for good. I am sick with despair.

Psalm 35:13 “Yet when they were ill, I grieved for them. I denied myself by fasting for them, but my prayers returned unanswered”

14. Oh Lord, expose and disgrace every enemy laughing at my trials and tribulations in Jesus name.
15. God, expose and scatter by fire every gathering of the evil and enemies of my work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:15 “But they are glad now that I am in trouble; they gleefully join together against me. I am attacked by people I don’t even know; they slander me constantly”

16. My Father, save me and deliver me from the mockery of my enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.
17. Oh Lord, give me the testimony of victory that will shock and surprise my enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:16 “They mock me and call me names; they snarl at me”

18. My Father, save and protect me from the wicked attack of my enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.
19. Oh Lord, build and fortify around me your wall of protection against all enemy fighting against me at my place of work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:17 “How long, O Lord, will you look on and do nothing? Rescue me from their fierce attacks, Protect my life from these lions”

20. God, grant me the testimony to praise you in Jesus name.
21. God, make me victorious and give unto me the jubilation through your praise in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:18 “Then I will thank you in front of the great assembly. I will praise you before all the people”

22. My Father, expose to me every friendly enemy at my place of work in Jesus name.
23. God, expose and destroy all the plans of the enemy to rejoice over me at my place of work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:19 “Don’t let my treacherous enemies rejoice over my defeat. Don’t let those who hate me without cause gloat over my sorrow”

26. My Father, silence every evil tongue speaking violence into my work in Jesus name.
27. God, disgrace and render useless every plans of wickedness against my peace at my place of work in Jesus name

Psalm 35:20 “They don’t talk of peace; they plot against innocent people who mind their own business.

Psalm 35:21 “They shout, “Aha! Aha! With our own eyes we saw him do it!”

28. Oh Lord, speak into every situation of my work and life and let your mighty voice turn things around in my life in Jesus name.
29. My Father, do not be silent about my case, arise in your might and speak powerfully into my life, business, career, family, marriage and ministry in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:22 “O  lord, you know all about this. 

Do not stay silent. 

Do not abandon me now, O Lord.

30. My Father, arise and fight my battles for me at my place of work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:23 “Wake up! Rise to my defense! Take up my case, my God and my Lord”

31. My Father, in your power, fight for me and declare my victory at my place of work in Jesus name.
32. My Father, send the spirit of failure into the camp of every enemy of my work, life and let them fail in all their evil plots against me in Jesus name.

Psalm35:24 “Declare me not guilty, O  lord my God, for you give justice. 

Don’t let my enemies laugh about me in my troubles.

Psalm 35:25 “Don’t let them say, “Look, we got what we wanted! Now we will eat him alive!”

33. Oh Lord, let every wicked enemy of my work and life be exposed and disgraced in Jesus name.
34. Oh Lord, take away the honour and pride of all enemies and fill them with shame and reproach in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:26 “May those who rejoice at my troubles, be humiliated and disgraced. 

May those who triumph over me, be covered with shame and dishonor”

35. My Father, bless me and my household with your blessings and peace of mind in Jesus name.
36. Oh Lord, fill my work, life, career, business, family, marriage and ministry with your Joy, blessings and peace in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:27 “But give great joy to those who came to my defense. Let them continually say, “Great is the lord, who delights in blessing his servant with peace!”

37. My Father, bless me and give me victory songs over all my enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.

Psalm 35:28 “Then I will proclaim your justice, 

and I will praise you all day long.

38. My Father, build around me your wall of protection against all attacks of the enemies at my place of work in Jesus name.
39. God, as from now let my work, life, career, business, family, marriage and ministry experience total breakthrough in the hands of the wicked and unjust enemy in Jesus name.
40. My Father, let your mighty hand of power dominate all the affairs and endeavours of my life in Jesus name.
