Opening prayers for wedding reception is an evidence that you honor the presence of God, even after leaving the church premises where your vows were taken. Such that even outside the church, you believe God’s presence is not absent at the reception where men feast and dine with the newly wedded couple. This prayer is an acknowledgement that God is in the beginning and end of a wedding and the feast that follows it.

       Opening prayers at wedding reception ward off every negative power or energy because of the honor we give to the presence of Jesus in that reception.
