Introduction

It is a common trend for people to want to move from a place to settle at another place and earn a better living. Especially for African, they believe moving out of their country to another for greener pastures affords them better opportunities in life. It is not wrong for one to seek greener pastures in a foreign land, but one must be guided before taking that step.

Christian who seek greener pastures must seek the face of God to know if the country they are moving to is where God has sent them to. This will help to hasten their success in such land. 

As believers, we are meant to succeed wherever the sole of our footsteps are, there is nowhere that a child of God is not meant to prosper and bear fruit. Our blessings is not tied to a particular nation but to God. We are redeemed out of every nation and race to rule on the earth.

God  called Abraham out of his kindred and people to a land he knew not and that became the foundation for his being a generational blessing. Isaac sojourn in the land of the Philistines and great success was his story because God divinely blessed him. Jacob was divinely blessed when he encountered God in the house of Laban. You too will be divinely blessed as you encounter God in this foreign land.

You must also know that, though God has packaged divine blessings for you in that foreign land, there are princes of that land who don’t want you to have your blessings. The answer to Daniel’s prayer which was the foundation to his honour in Persia was delayed for twenty one days by the Prince of Persia, until the archangel Michael came, glory was not in view for Daniel.

You must contend with the prince of that nation in prayer and fasting in order to receive your portion in that foreign land. Be strong and courageous, for God has given you the instrument to overcome and take your portion in that foreign land. 

Pray these prayers with faith and fasting and you will see the mighty hand of God deliver to you your portion in that foreign land.
