40 PRAYER POINT TO COMMAND THE WEEK

The word command means to exercise a dominating influence over something or people. It is to direct with specific authority, i.e to determine the direction something should go.

In the military command, the superior officers determine with authority the specific role of junior officers and other logistics of their command on a daily, weekly and yearly basis. So also is every child of God.

We as children of God have been handed authority to specifically command our days, weeks and years on the earth. Luke 10:19 talks about the authority given to believers to command and proverb 4:18 tells us how bright the path of a believer should shine till the perfect day. So a child of God is not meant to be defeated at any time, when we add up the events of our week, it should speak of victory and show that we were really in command of it.

But How Do We Command Our Week?

• In Psalm 68:11 the bible tells us that God daily loads us with benefits. That means our week is meant to be beneficial and glorious. In order to make the most of our week and command it, we must open up our mouth and call forth this benefit into our lives and situations. That is, calling forth those things we want as though they are there, Rom 4:17. We call forth health, protection, guidance, wisdom, prosperity, favour, victory over the devil etc. 
• We must take the responsibility of opening our mouth and God will fill it with the things to command our week. Ps 81:10.
• We must speak and speak the right words to command our week. Speak words that bring life to dead situations, that turns hopelessness into greatness, words that turn nonentities into great entities. Words that edify. For the power of life and death lies in the tongue. Proverbs 18:21 and Job 6:25 says how forcible are the right words. Right words force itself into our lives and situations and turn evil and ugly to good and beautiful. Thereby empowering us to take command of our week. 1pet 3:10, negative words must not proceed from our tongues if we want to command our week. It should be Godly words at all times.
• We must speak in faith, when we speak with fear and doubt in our hearts, the words fall to ground and dies, words filled with faith fall to the ground, germinates, grows and matures into manifestation that gives us command over our week. 2cor 4:13.  We have the same spirit of faith as the apostles and prophets and so we speak as they did speak. Faith in the words we speak is what brings them into manifestation.
• We must speak pleasant words into our week to command it. Proverbs 16:24. Pleasant words are sweet as honey comb, sweet to the soul and health to the bones. We speak sweetness and health to our soul, thereby enabling us to command our week and make it fruitful and glorious.
• We must speak to command our week by the word of God. It is only that which God commands the cometh to pass. Lamentations 3:37. We speak in accordance to God’s word to bring about His will for us for the week. God’s will is His word, so we search His word to get those words which give us dominion over our week.

The word of God says, “ as regarding the works of my hand command ye me” Isaiah 4:11. God created all things on the earth including us whom He created in His image and likeness. So as regards to the works of His hand which we are part of, we ask Him to enhance and empower us to command our week.

1. Father, I commit this week into your able hand , take absolute control over it, in Jesus name.
2. grace is sufficient for me in all that I do this week, in Jesus name, 2cor 12:9
3. I am Gods kept and protected this week by the power of God, in Jesus name. Ps 23:1
4. Father, no evil shall prevail over my life and destiny this week, I shall be singing victory song, in Jesus mighty name. Ps 23:1.
5. I declare God’s throne is established in my life and family this week. His kingdom rules over every area of our lives, in Jesus name. Ps 103:19
6. I decree that they shall speak of Gods glory in my life this week, in Jesus name. Ps 145:11.
7. I command the peace and joy of God to be established in every aspect of my life, in Jesus mighty name. Rom 14:17.
8. I reject and renounce every evil rule over my life and destiny this week, in Jesus name. Ps 103:19.
9. God shall deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me this week, in Jesus mighty name. 2tim 4:18.
10. Father, this week , I shall sleep and wakeup and non shall make me afraid because God is with me, in Jesus name. Lev 26:6.
11. Father, every unrepentant enemy after my life and destiny shall fall by the sword of the spirit, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lev 26:7.
12. This week, I command all my ways into your hands and I lean not on my own understanding, in the name of Jesus. Prov 3:5-6
13. Father, I receive wisdom and understanding in all of my affairs this week, in the name of Jesus Christ. James 1:5.
14. Father, keep watch over my mouth, ear, heart, thoughts and imaginations this week, that they may align with you and your plan for my life, in Jesus name. Ps 141:3-4
15. Father, I shall speak goodly words this week and satisfy me with the fruits of my lips, in the name of Jesus. Gen 49:1, prov 18:20.
16. This is the day the Lord has made, I shall rejoice and be glad in all I do all through this week, in Jesus name. Ps 118:24.
17. This week is my receiving week, therefore  men shall give me good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, in the name of Jesus. Luke 6:38.
18. This week is my week of abundant harvest from the north, south, east and west, in the name of Jesus. 2cor 9:6
19. Father, every man or woman whom you have spoken to, to bless me this week, let those blessing be released unto me now, in Jesus mighty name. Esther 6:1-3, 8-10.
20. I speak to the gates of this week, lift up your heads, o ye gates, that the king of glory may come in through me, in the name of Jesus. ps 24:7,9
21. Father, in the name of Jesus , I declare that this week shall be brighter and better for me than the previous. prov 4:18.
22. Father, every gang up of hell against my life and destiny this week is scattered, in the name of Jesus Christ. Isa 54:15-17.
23. Father, rain your wrath upon every agent of the devil arrayed against my glory this week, in the name of Jesus. Ps 11:6
24. Father, this week, the moon, sun and stars will standstill for your blessings upon my life to manifest, in Jesus name. Josh 10:13
25. Father, this week, I am delivered from the trap of the enemy and every noisome pestilence arrayed against my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus. Ps 91:3.
