INTRODUCTION
False Accusation, the meaning from the Dictionary implies a wrong or untrue allegations / claims of wrongdoings against an individual, group or business. This could be done to destroy or attack someone reputation. It could be premediated or a malicious setup to ruin an image. False Accusation is synonymous to lying which the Bible said in Revelation 21:8 that all liars have their parts in the lake of fire. Most times, false accusation is done out of jealousy or hatred. It is a serious thing in God’s eyes to make a false accusation and those we make false accusations are under God’s judgement.

WHAT DOES BIBLE TEACHINGS ON FALSE ACCUSER?
There are various verses of the scripture that talks about false accusers and we have different people told in the Old Testament and the New Testament who suffers from false accusers. Some of such people were saved while some died from it.
Firstly, according to Deuteronomy 19:18-21; The Bible said that if someone accused his neighbor, the priest and judges should look into the matter and if found to be falsely done, all the punishment met for the neighbor for the accusation should be given to the accuser without pity so that the evil can be put away among them and not spread.
Secondly, According to Exodus 20:16; the Bible expressly said that one must not testify falsely against your neighbor which implies that right from the very beginning of the Creation of man, God out rightly discourage and frown at false accusers. False accusers are regarded as evil doers and children of their father, the Devil since he is the father of all liars. Also, false accusers don’t have a place in the Kingdom of God.
Thirdly, Proverbs 6:19, this scripture also teaches that God hate false accusers because they can cause disunity in the body of Christ and where there is such in the fellowship, peace and progress will be lacking which can hinder the effective move and workings of the Holy Spirit in such fellowship.
Fourthly, James 1:12; Despite God displeases on False Accuser, believers are encouraged to remain steadfast and not allow their faith to be waived during the process where they have been accused falsely and also not to replay evil for evil but be examples of believers in all things such as Jesus Christ forgave all before dying on the cross.
Lastly, God promised all believers that he is able to fight for as many as being accused falsely and that instead of grudging or losing faith, we should be calm and see him put all False Accusers to shame just like he did to Haman in the Bible.
EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE THAT SUFFERS FALSE ACCUSATION IN THE BIBLE
God: According to Genesis 3:1-6. God himself suffers from false accuser, Satan when he told Eve that God was lying about the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. He discredited God in the eyes of Eve to the extent that Eve listened and believed him which causes the separation between God and mankind. This particular act causes the Fall of man in which Jesus Christ had to come and repair the damages. From the scriptures, all involved in this deception were cursed by God which changes all the plans of God at creation.
JOSEPH: According to Genesis 39:7-20. Joseph the son of Israel was falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife who was his master after he was sold to slavery by his brothers. Despite this accusation which could have led to his death but God intervene for him which caused the master to put him in prison. With God favour at work, he was promoted to the Second in command in the whole of Egypt after he interpreted the dreams of Pharoah.
MORDECAI: The book of Esther, we discovered that due to hatred for Mordecai, King Ahasuerus’s chief minister, Haman, falsely accused the Jews of disobeying the laws of the land and setting up their own rules and regulations. He even advised the King to get them all killed due to the hatred he had for Mordecai. God shew up for them through prayers and fasting and at the end of the day, Haman was killed in the place he built for Mordecai and the King reversed the Decree he made about the date to kill all the Jews in the land.
STEPHEN: Stephen was part of the seven chosen by the disciples to be in the hospitality crew from the books of Acts Chapter 6. Stephen was described to be a man of faith and after he was chosen began to do great wonders and miracles among the people. Due to his wisdom teachings, False accusers set people against him that he was preaching wrong doctrines against Moses and God. This led to is being caught and brought before the council at the Synagogue, despite all this, he never fears but even preached to the Chief priest and all the people inside the Synagogue which eventually led to him being stoned to death. Stephen was a man of faith and love that even despite been lied against, asked God to forgave all who stoned him.
JESUS: Since the beginning of Jesus teachings after his Baptism in water, different false accuser has rose up against him accusing him in different occasion of Blaspheming against God and the old prophets. These didn’t discourage him from teaching the word to the people. Sometimes, he was rejected by the people, stoned and later brought before Pontus Pilate for questioning. Through all the false accusation, he was calm and even though according to Mosaic Law, those who falsely accused him should have been themselves crucified but instead he asked God to forgive all the false accusers for their wrongdoings.
We have the like of Moses, Naboth, Job, Jeremiah, Prophet Ahimelech, Abner, Elijah, Paul and Silas who also suffered from False Accusers at some point in the Bible. The bible on False Accusers teaches in the Old Testament not to pity any found with doing such but to give a harsh punishment for such person found to be engage in false accusation while Jesus teaches in the New Testament that we should not be vengeful, resist evil with good, love one’s enemies, bless them that curse one, do good for them despite the hatred and pray for all false accusers in order to be like God, our father who sends rain on both the just and unjust.
