Confessions Prayers Before Sowing Into A Ministry

Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

INTRODUCTION:

Sowing is anything we put our time, money, energy or focus on. Just like the parable of the sower that Jesus told his disciples and his followers, (Mathew 13 vs. 4-8)   And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. It was stated and we learnt from that bible passage that sowing a seed must be carefully done if you really want a harvest. 

Therefore, in our article today we will be looking at confession prayers we can pray before sowing into a ministry. 

For our seeds to germinate, we must be conscious of where we want to sow to, so as to reap a harvest. As earlier said that sowing is anything you put your time, money, energy or focus on, in sowing to a particular ministry you have to be sure God is leading you to do so, so as not to waste your resources, time or energy. If a seed is properly sown it will definitely germinate a huge harvest, and if otherwise, it will just be a waste and not acceptable by God.

The bible says in Psalm 23:1 that “The Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need. If the lord is the one guiding your steps to a particular ministry, you will surely get the reward of sowing into the ministry but if not, the seed will not germinate. Every step must be directed and guided by God, this is when we will know and be sure that we are on the right path. To be guided by God, you must be a true child of God, who obeys and follow all Hos commandments daily. You must study the words of God daily and also hear from Him. Lastly, you must be communicating to God in prayers to seek directions from Him.

Confessions Prayers Before Sowing Into A Ministry

Dear Lord Jesus, I thank You for the grace to be alive in sound mind and sound health, thank You for always making ways for me where there seems to be no way, thank You Lord Jesus for being a great example of the sower for me, thank You Lord Jesus for giving Yourself as the first gift and the greatest gift for us in the name of Jesus, thank You Lord for grace to be a sower in Your kingdom in the name of Jesus. 

I confess and ask for forgiveness of every sin that I have committed knowingly or unknowingly, that will not make my seed to germinate or stop me from reaping harvest in the name of Jesus. Purify my heart dear Lord, help me to give whole heartedly and with a free mind, help me to trust in You that You are able to supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory through Christ Jesus.  Your word said’, You love a cheerful giver’ according to (2 Corinthians 9:7 that” Every man according as he purposes in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver.)

Please help me to give with a cheerful heart, but most importantly direct my path to know which Ministry to sow into. I do not want to sow into a ministry that will not yield a harvest, because Your words said we will reap whatever we sow, Lord Jesus help me to sow and receive bountiful harvests, do not let the devil take advantage of my resources to finance his growth in his kingdom. Help me Lord to sow rightly and not wrongly in the name of Jesus. As I sow my seed let it be used for the expansion of Your kingdom in the name of Jesus.

Any power that may want to attack me as a result of my seed into the ministry falls down and die in the name of Jesus. I confess that my blessings shall multiply as I give out of the abundance You have given unto me in the name of Jesus. I frustrate any plan of the evil ones over my seed in the name of Jesus, nothing or no one will take my harvest of the seed sown by me in the name of Jesus.

I confess in the name of Jesus that this seed will not be the last I will ever have to give on the land of the living in the name of Jesus. I decree my sowing into this ministry will terminate every root of devourer, shame, reproach, failure, stagnancy and sicknesses in my life in the name of Jesus. I confess and decree that as I sow into this ministry, my life will move forward by fire in the name of Jesus, as You are moving my life forward, help me Lord to be able to give more for the propagation of the gospel, renew my heart and help me to be a pathfinder and barrier breaker through my giving, help me to know where and when to sow in the name of Jesus. I confess to You that all things are possible through Christ Jesus in Jesus name.
