 Malachi 3:8-12 it says 8 Will a mere mortal rob God? yet you rob me. But you ask, how are we robbing you, in tithes and offerings, 9 You are under a curse your whole nation, because you are robbing me. 10. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if i will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and vines in your fields will not drop their fruit before it is ripe, says the Lord Almighty. 12 Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land, says the Lord Almighty.

What then is tithe and offering ?

Tithe is a kingdom mystery; it is that portion of your blessing that you are commanded to return back to God acknowledging God’s blessing on your life, it is 10% of every increase that you must return back to God on a regular basis. The act of paying your tithe as a Christian is known as tithing, it is giving God 10% of his blessing on your life and you keep the remaining 90%, Malachi 3:10.

Offering is a free will giving unto God Almighty, in the case of offering you determine how much you want to give according to the level of God’s blessing in your life, the more you give the more blessings you will receive from God 2 Corinthians 9:7

Also take note that the giving of tithe and offering should be done where you are planted, meaning the source of your spiritual food should receive your tithe and offering , it should be done freely without expecting anything back in rewards.

2. Paying for tithe and offering protects us from the assault of the devourer, devourer are what steals our happiness such as health, career, business. When you pay your tithe faithfully God will protect you from devourers.
3. When you pay your tithe and offering you will live in a debt free zone of life, God will not make you suffer a financial crisis, he will release open heaven blessings on your life.
4. When you are faithful in your tithe and offering God will release on your life divine ideas to succeed in life, you will never be stranded in life because the holy spirit will constantly give you divine ideas and innovation to succeed in life, you will also begin to operate in the frequency of God.
5. Paying of your tithe and offering guarantees you enjoy long life, if you observe all our covenant fathers in scriptures who are pay their tithe and offer offerings to God you will see that they all enjoyed long life, covenant fathers such as Abraham, Isaac are a good example they both lived long in life as a result of being a tither and seed giver.
6. Another important benefit of paying tithe and offering is that it helps advance the work of the kingdom of God, because there will be more funds in the house of God to promote the work of God, such as paying ministers of God, building the house of God, helping the needy in the house of God.

Declaration Prayers Before Paying Tithes And Offerings.

1. Thank You Father because there is nothing that I have that has not been given unto me by You.
2. Father, please, help me to give back to the kingdom, generously, without any inhibition, in Jesus name.
3. Father, in any way, I have fallen short of Your glory in my tithe and offering, have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus name.
4. Father, in any way I have defrauded You by not paying my tithes and offering, please have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus name.
5. Father let Your mercy override every judgement of sin in my life, in Jesus’ name.
6. Father, let every spirit of stinginess and tight- fistedness in my life be consumed by Your fire, in Jesus name.
7. Father, for all the tithes that I have paid faithfully, let me be rewarded and blessed according to Your promise, in Jesus name.
8. Father, rebuke every devourer in my career, business and finances, and let every curse upon my life, be broken, today, in Jesus’ name.
9. Father, open the windows of heaven over me, and pour me a blessing, that there will be no room to contain it, in Jesus’ name.

10.Father, I ask for grace to pay my tithes, and offerings, from now on, as at when due, in Jesus’ name.

11.Father, for all the tithes and first and offerings that are due, which I have failed to pay, please, help to restitute them, in Jesus’ name.

12. Father, I thank You, for giving me the opportunity, the strength and the wisdom to acquire this seed, in Jesus name.

13.I recognize and worship You with this offering as the only source of all my income, in Jesus name.

14.I thank You because once I was lost, but now I’m found, in Jesus name.

15.I thank You for the salvation of my soul, in Jesus name.

16.As I give my tithe and offering now, accept it, O Lord, by the power in the blood of Jesus, in Jesus name.

17.By this tithe and offering, I hereby acknowledge that You are my priority,in Jesus name.

18.O God, arise and use this offering and tithe as a key to my increase, enlargement, promotion, and uncommon favour, in Jesus name.

19.By this tithe and offering, let the power of the wasters be destroyed from my life, and deliver me from losses of any kind, and envelope my life with blessings money cannot buy, in Jesus name.

20.By this  tithe and offering, I plug myself into the socket of financial open heaven, uncommon breakthroughs, dominion prosperity, uncommon favour, unimaginable achievements, and total victory, in the name of Jesus.

21.As I give this tithe and offering, let its sanctifying power flow down into all my other incomes, in Jesus name.

22.O Lord, catapult me into Your divine location, position, anointing and wisdom for my life, in Jesus name.

23.Let the milk and honey of the earth be deposited into my bosom. This I pray, in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
