Isaiah 54:2-3 “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited”

Acquiring a new house or getting a new apartment is such an exciting experience, though the task of searching out the perfect choice for you can be daunting at times but in the end, it gives so much joy when your desires are met (Proverbs 13:12).

However, before moving into a new house or apartment, it is important that you pray fervently in order to sanctify the place and make the place ready for you spiritually.

 The sanctification of a new place is essential because you do not know what the people who have lived there or who are the real owners of the place have done that can work against your blessings or purpose,

It is also important to pray fervently before moving so as to command the spiritual forces in that area to steer clear of you and your family, that their evil operations will not prosper against you and your loved ones.

Many today are victims of their current location, even though the Lord has huge plans for their lives, but the fact that they are located in a highly demonic environment, it may hinder the blessings of God from reaching them, hence they begin to experience retrogression rather than progress.

This is why in these prayers before moving into a new place, you will be taking charge of the spiritual atmosphere of your new house, commanding that the forces will bow to you, that your prayers will not be hindered as was the case of Daniel and the Prince of Persia in Daniel 10.

You will also be praying concerning the house itself that every evil foundation of death, sickness, shame and reproach that has been laid upon that location will not be your portion in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Lastly, you will be commanding all things and all people in creation to work in your favor in your new location, that your business, career, health, marriage and finance shall prosper greatly by the mercies of God

1. Lord I thank you for your divine provision to get a new house 
2. Thank you for taking us from one level of glory to another
3. Thank you for the comfort that accompanies a new home
4. Lord I thank you for counting me worthy to be a custodian of your resources.
5. Thank you for the gift of life and hope
6. Thank you for all the destiny helpers you have placed around me to help in times of need
7. Thank you Father for all the good things of life that you have given to me and my family
8. Thank you for your direction when we were searching for houses
9. Thank you Father for connecting us with the right people
10. Lord I ask for your mercy in every way I have sinned and fallen short of your glory 
11. Lord please purge me from all unrighteousness and help me to be faultless to stand before your throne of grace
12. Father please sanctify my new house by the blood of Jesus Christ
13. Oh Lord let everything in creation begin to work in my favor in that house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
14. Every agenda of the evil ones against me in me and my family, I frustrate it by fire in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
15. No weapon formed against me shall prosper in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
16. Every plan to make me cry in my new house, I cancel it by the blood of Jesus Christ
17. No evil shall befall my children in my new house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
18. I shall not mourn over any of my relatives in the new house, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
19. I shall not lose any good thing in the new house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
20. I walk in favor, in peace and greater glory in my new house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
21. I decree that the land of my house will yield good things for me and my family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
22. I shall not see shame in my new house, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
23. My business shall not close in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
24. I speak life, peace, sound health to my family in the new house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
25. Territorial forces shall not gain access into our new house in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
26. Curses placed on my new location, I render you useless over my family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
27. I decree that greater success shall be my portion in my new location in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
28. My business shall do better in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
29. Thank you for supplying all my needs even in this scarcity
30. Thank you Father for your mercy and your love.
