 Christ was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him and by his stripes we are healed through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary (Isaiah 53:4-5)

Our divine healing has been bought therefore no one should be allowed to suffer in pain and agony.

The Bible records that while men slept the enemy came and sowed tares into his wheat, in the same way when someone sleeps spiritually he or she is practically making himself vulnerable to the devil, who is always seeking whom to devour, (1Peter 5:8).

Christ already gave us the authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and over all the works of the enemy (Luke 10:19)
