INTRODUCTION

As a child of God, we are all called to be a minister of the words of God. To be in ministry does not necessarily mean to be serving in church, you can be a minister as professionals in whatever field you found yourself, you can be a minister as a Doctor, therapist, accountant, lawyer an Evangelist or you can also be a minster in the house of God, either as a Pastor, Reverends, counselor, chorister pianist, guitarist drummer, and any form of ministry.

 Ministry is what God has called us to do, so we must find our calling and know what God has called us into so as not miss out of His plans for our lives. The Lord promised to prosper every work of our hands, but the devil is always attacking whenever he noticed a ministry is depopulating his kingdom therefore, he will find a way to make the ministry fail, as children of God we must not be ignorant of the devices of the enemy, we must understand that life is spiritual and that human life is controlled from the realms of the spirit, therefore, we must pray against ministerial failures.

In our article today, we will be praying against every form of ministerial failure therefore, we have listed some 35 prayer points against ministerial failure. But before the prayers, there are also some physical steps to take which includes:

1. A minster must be called by God, to succeed as a minister you must know and understand your calling. If you do not know your purpose, you will be frustrated and fail. You must be sure you have a strong passion for the ministry you have chosen, and God led you to the ministry.
2.  Every minister must study and obey the words of God. Success is inevitable when you are word addict, that is when you understand and walk in the will and ways of God no failure can catch up with you in your ministry.

4. Prayer is the key to any successful ministry. No doubt there will be trying times, but victory is sure when you pray and have strong faith in God who has called you into the ministry.

2. I confess every sin that may block the blessings of God upon my ministry in the name of Jesus.
3. I silence by fire every voice of failure speaking against my ministry in the name of Jesus.
4. Every satanic gang up against my ministry die by fire in the name of Jesus.
5. Oh Lord my father break me and remold me in Your likeness in the name of Jesus.

30. I decree in the name of Jesus that all the resources needed to move this ministry forward be supplied miraculously by You oh Lord in the name of Jesus.
31. I break by fire every yoke of stagnancy and backwardness fired against this ministry in the name of Jesus.
32. This ministry will not be a victim of evil generational or evil environmental circumstances in the name of Jesus.
33. In order of the Egyptian that perished in the red sea, let every power that has vowed to bring this ministry down and put us in shame perish and be swallowed up in the name of Jesus.
34. Lord we decree speedy growth and expansion as people begin to experience your power and touch in the name of Jesus.
35. Lord Jesus, let my life shows forth Your glory as You are using me in Your vineyard in the name of Jesus.
