What is Progress?

Progress can be defined as the continual movement or continuous movement of a particular thing, idea or project in the direction of development or definite progress.

Our heavenly Father in His great and beautiful plans for us, made Himself our spiritual power and unction to progress speedily in life. It is evidently seen that fast progress is one of the great plans God had for us. He wants to make Himself the spiritual driver of our destiny in a speedy way and likewise He wants us to acknowledge Him as that. This is showing clearly the importance of praying against slow progress.

We all know as Christians that we have an enemy which is the devil. What he does is to steal, to kill and destroy all the beautiful plans of God for our life, hence the devil tries all possible means to fight us and make us lose focus of God’s great plan for us.

The prayer against slow progress in life and destiny is a prayer all Christians should always pray to wage war against the devil so they can ensure the fulfilment of their destiny in a speedy way and progress.

God has great and beautiful plans for us but we still have to pray to bring to manifestation all the plans of God for our lives.

Fighting Against Slow Progress.

1. Pray: Prayer is the key to open all positive doors and to shut all the evil doors, hence we must always pray as Christians to bring to full reality the plans of God for us.

Mark 14:39 “Then Jesus left them again and prayed the same prayer as before”

2. Faith: We empower our prayer by the level of our faith and the level of our faith determine the speedy answers our prayers command. We must always have faith when we pray that whatever we prayed for has been given to us 

Matthew 21:22 “You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.”

3. Be Committed: We need to be committed to any plans or achievement we want to pursue. Commitment is very powerful in the actualization of any goal and as Christians commitment should be part of life guide.
4. Plan: Planning is very important in the life of every Christians. Our God is a great planner and as God’s children we must learn to plan very well on any task or project we want to undertake. Adequate Planning ensures the speedy success and progress of our plans.

Proverbs 21:5 “Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty”

Prayer Points Against Slow Progress.

1. My Father, I thank you for the opportunity to see today as a living being in Jesus Name.

Psalms 54:4 “But God is my helper. The Lord keeps me alive”

2. My Father, I thank you for your grace and mercy upon me, my household, career, business, academics, marriage and ministry in Jesus Name.
