40 Prayers Against Slow Progress And Non Achievement

Introduction

Today, we are looking at prayers against slow progress and non achievement. 

Slow progress is a situation where one makes little or no progress per time. It is walking in the manner of a snail and tortoise. When a man is moving at this pace, it is said that such a man is anointed with the spirit of a snail or tortoise. Non achievement is worse than slow progress even though there is not much difference. It is when a man has nothing to show for all his labour in life. This is the situation where you see a man at fifty years of age, he has no home, no wife, no children and nothing is practically working in his life and destiny.

Slow progress and non achievement can be seen as fruitless labour, failure at the point of breakthroughs, near success syndrome, hole in the pocket, failure and frustration and practically have nothing to show for all his years of labour. The devil is always at the helm of such evil work and he does it so that he might wreck the destiny of the children of God. It is one of his end time agenda to destroy the life and destiny of the children of God through either slow progress or non achievement. The devil knows that slow progress and non achievement leads to failure and frustration and it in turn leads to death by suicide or other means. When a child of God is working and there is nothing to show for all his efforts, he gets frustrated and this can lead to something more dangerous. 

Are you in this kind of situation? Have you found yourself in a situation where the devil has boxed you to a tight corner and left you with no choice other than slow progress and non achievement. And you don’t know what to do to get out of it and enjoy your heritage of speedy progress and great achievement?. I am here to let you know that from the beginning it was not so, and God is all set out to deliver you from the shackles the devil has placed you.

Colossians 1:13-14, it says “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins”. Slow progress and non achievement is the work of the power of darkness and the word says, we have been delivered from the power of darkness. It means that the power of slow progress and non achievement can no longer work for us because it thrives in darkness and we are now in the light. We have also received forgiveness of sins through the blood of Jesus Christ. Therefore, If you are under the affliction of slow progress and non achievement as a result of the sins you committed, then the blood of Jesus Christ that speaks better things than the blood of Abel has spoken for you this day and you are delivered, In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We were not just delivered, the devil and his agents were also disgraced and made ashamed, so that they can take your place in their evil plans. Colossians 2:15, it says “And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it”. Jesus Christ has triumphed over the devil and all principalities and powers. Therefore you have also triumphed because He said you should be of good cheer because He has overcome the world. And as a result of that you are an overcomer. I therefore decree that every spirit of slow progress and non achievement at work in your life is hereby overcomed by the blood of Jesus Christ. Amen. When next the devil come to stall your progress and cart away the things that will amount to great achievements in your life, they will stumble and fall. Because Psalm 27:2 says “when the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell” this is so because “the Lord has delivered you from every evil work and will preserve you unto his heavenly kingdom; to whom be glory forever and ever” 2 Timothy 4:18. So the devil may have come to steal, kill and destroy. But our God is at hand to deliver us and  back to us all he has stolen from us.

Genesis 1:26-27, says “And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness and let him have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him, male and female created he them” you and I are created in the image and likeness of God and given dominion over everything on the earth, so there is no way we can succeed and achieve greatly in life. We are also redeemed as kings and priests to reign with Christ on the earth (Revelation 5:10). And as kings and priests we cannot but succeed in every endeavour of life. Because in the word of the king is power, no matter what the devil does. In 1peter 2:9, the word says “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praise of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.” We have been decked with so much glory after we were delivered, so that we might show to the devil that we no longer fear him and his agents and we are progress and achievements personified. The grace and mercy of God has delivered us from the shackles of slow progress and non achievement and He has empowered us to progress and achieve mightily on the earth. So as to show forth His praise and depopulate the kingdom of darkness.

31. Father, arise and deliver me from every village gods of the land causing slow progress and non achievement in my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
32. Father, pass through my village tonight and judge every god of the land suppressing the heads of men and women so that they won’t progress in life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
