Introduction

Repeated problems are problems which defile common solutions and in most cases every known solution to man. It can also be seen as problems that seem to have been solved but resurface after sometime. These are very stubborn problems that can last for years or keep reoccurring over time even when solutions have been proffered and solved.

Today, we will look at repeated problems, their roots and how we can overcome them and have peace of mind. The devil is the mastermind of repeated problems and he uses it to afflict believers in numerous ways and keep robbing them of their blessings and devouring them of the ones they have until they are left with nothing.

Repeated problems can be very troublesome and dangerous because when it seems as if the problem is solved, the believer goes to rest and then the devil strikes in a subtle and harder way, thereby afflicting the believer the more. The bible says that when a demon is cast out of a man, he roams about and when he finds nowhere to stay, he returns to where he was cast out with other demons far dangerous than him and they dwell there and the state of such a man is worse than the beginning. That is the trick the devil uses. He afflicts the believer in a more dangerous way because the believer would have relaxed, thinking he has victory over such problems.

A believer who is knowledgeable in the word need not fear the devil over repeated problems because God has given us His word that afflictions shall not arise against a child of God a second time. Nahum 1:9. “What do you imagine against God, he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up a second time”. At redemption, we received eternal life, which is the God kind of life and that life makes us a part and parcel of God, so anyone who imagines any evil against us, the Lord will make an utter end of their lives and cause that coming affliction to cease from getting to us. We are also the apple of God’s eyes and he who touches us touches God and He will rise for our sake.

Another way to cancel repeated prayers is being rooted in mount Zion, and mount Zion stands for a true bible believing church. In Obadiah 1:17, we are told that upon mount Zion there shall be deliverance. So any believer who is truly rooted in God and a God ordained church will overcome repeated problems. The house of God is the place of deliverance and whatever is afflicting a believer who is rooted in God will be cancelled.

Another way is by calling on the name of Jesus Christ. In Joel 2:32 “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem that be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call”. And in proverbs 18:10, “the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run to it and they are saved”. Being saved here means to be delivered, calling on the name of Jesus in the face of any repeated problems gives us total victory over them.

Fervent prayer is another way to cancel repeated prayers, as we pray unto God and continuously engage in prayers, every repeated problem in our lives begins to give way to total victory. I have outlined prayer points to help you engage fervently in overcoming repeated problems in your life, and as you do, my God will rise for you and scatter every chain and circle of repeated problems at work in your life.

1. Father, I thank you for your love, grace and mercy over my life and for your mighty hand upon my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
