It baffles me to see the youths struggling to live by the standard of the Word of God, many have been carried away by the wind of lust, desire to please friends and the love of money, (1 Timothy 6:10).
In all of these, what should be our action points as believers?
First, we are to train our children in the way of the Lord, so that when they grow, they shall not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6), also we are to rebuke and correct other youths when we perceive that they are going astray (2 Timothy 4:2).
Lastly and most importantly, we are meant to pray for these youths, that the Lord will shine His light upon them, and pull them out of darkness that they may come back to the fold when they will find Purpose and rest.(1 Thessalonians 5: 17, Isaiah 60:1-2)
The Word of God clearly states in our introductory verse that it is important for youths to serve God in their youth days before the days of trouble comes, hence it is crucial that we pray them out of the camp of the enemy into the canopy of Christ that they will not be destroyed in the days of troubles.

- Oh Lord I thank you for your unfailing love upon the lives of our youths, all glory belongs to you in Jesus name.
- Father I thank you for preserving them from the snare of the fowler, be thou magnified in Jesus name.
- Lord I thank you for your plans and thoughts for them are of good and not of evil, glory be to your holy name in Jesus name.
- Thank you for the good end you have in plan for them, we appreciate you oh Lord.
- Father we seek your mercy for every youth that has lost their way whilst pursing the things of this world, let your mercy speak for them in Jesus name.
- Lord of glory, please show your mercy to every youth that has gotten themselves involved in the wrong association and dealing in Jesus name.

- Lord please raise soldiers of the gospel amongst the youth of this age in Jesus name.
- Please deliver them from the distractions on the internet and all the devil brings to entice them in Jesus name.
- Father please help the youths to follow your will in all areas of their lives, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
- For those who are still standing in Christ, Lord please help them to remain standing, so that they will not fall into satanic traps in Jesus name.
- For every backsliding youth, Lord in your mercy, please bring them back to the fold in Jesus name.
- Holy Spirit we ask that you breathe upon every seed of salvation in the hearts of our youths, that it shall germinate greatly and birth repentance in Jesus name.

- The powers of darkness shall not prevail against the church of God through the youths in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
